Christopher J. Biddle, Ph.D.

Founder, Director & Senior Trainer

Christopher J. Biddle, Ph.D. is the Founder and Director of Game Time Performance-Tristate and Cage Sentinels Lacrosse Goalie Training Group as well as Co-Director of Lady Reign Girls Lacrosse Club. As a leader of both organizations, he has strived to make tactical performance improvement the core of his training philosophy. Christopher has specialized in human performance and reality-based training for over 25 years. Whether developing warriors or champions, Christopher believes that “The mindset drives the tactics. The tactics drives performance. Performance drives success!” He has used this philosophy in training both adults and youth throughout his 25-year training career. Retired from the New York City Police Department Counterterrorism Division, Christopher has developed and led over a dozen special operations reality-based training programs where improving performance under high stress was pivotal in developing individual and team level success. He also specialized in the effects of biomechanics in human movement and physiology. Christopher has used micro adjustment techniques in his training programs with great success in developing athletes into superior players. Ultimately, he has been able to translate his experiences, training, education, knowledge, and mentoring abilities to his second career and love…coaching youth and young adults to improve their performance and experiences on the field.

Inspired by helping others perform under pressure and stress, Christopher studied performance improvement using reality-based training models for over 16 years and was awarded a Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Training and Development Leadership. During his course of study, Christopher centered his research on reality-based training and its importance to human performance under stress using a highly innovative training model, which he has implemented in all his adult and youth training programs. As a professional trainer, Christopher’s training programs have been implemented or adapted throughout the United States and around the world.

For 10 years, he has enjoyed the opportunity to be involved in many levels of youth, club, and varsity level coaching in boys and girls lacrosse. He is currently the assistant coach for a high school varsity girls lacrosse team and has assisted his team in reaching numerous championships and titles. Since beginning coaching the varsity level 8 seasons ago, he has helped his team to a 69-16 regular season record with 8 playoff appearances, 3 Division titles, 5 Section Championship appearances with 3 Section Championships, and 1 Region Finals appearance.

Christopher has spent many years focusing not only on the fundamentals, but also on innovative, out-of-the-box training where he currently trains and mentors athletes playing at all levels of college lacrosse. More importantly, he provides mentorship and success coaching to help drive the individual athlete’s performance to further success.
